One stop you must make on The Chocolate Trail is the Kakawa Chocolate House located just three blocks from our bed and breakfast. This happens to be our niece Jennifer’s favorite chocolate stop. Their passion for chocolate is evident. Try one (or more) of their chocolate elixirs, including traditional Pre-Columbian, Mesoamerican, Mayan,Aztec, European and Colonial Mexican. Kakawa’s chocolatiers create a variety of decadent desserts, like artisan truffles, agave caramels, dark chocolates, and even delicious homemade ice cream.
